Your journey starts here.

We read every submission personally. This is the design brief for your trip, not a booking form.

How we handle what you share
Some questions are for your designer only. Those answers shape the design silently, they never appear in any shared brief, group summary, or partner view.
We don't sell, share, or aggregate your data with third parties. It exists only to design your journey.
If you're travelling with others, each person receives their own separate form. What you say here doesn't appear in theirs.
The more honest you are, the more precisely we can design around what you actually need.

Who You Are · Party & basics

About 10 minutes total
1   Who is this journey for?
Our journeys are designed for adult travellers (18+). Groups of 7+ and families are handled separately, we'll reach out personally.
3   Your first name and email
4   Where are you based?
Used for jet lag planning and routing logic.
5   How do you generally make decisions about travel?
Calibrates how much context and rationale we include in your proposals.
This shapes the structure of your entire proposal, not just what we include, but how much we leave in your hands.
5b   How much of your trip do you want us to design?
The trips that surprise people most tend to have more design than they expected going in, and more open space than they feared. This shapes the format of your proposal, not the quality of the design.
6   Your general travel spending comfort:
7   Dietary restrictions or serious allergies?

Intent & Energy · The design brief

About 6 minutes remaining
8   When are you hoping to travel?
9   How many days do you have?
Our journeys are designed for 7-14 days. This is the minimum canvas needed to design a meaningful energy arc.
10   How do you feel about changing home bases?
11   What's on your mind about travel right now?
0 / 400
12   What do you need most from this journey?
This is the question most people underestimate. The answer you give here changes every experience we select and how we sequence them.
13   What are you seeking to shift on this trip?
14   How should this trip unfold emotionally?
Most people who ask for a steady rhythm end up wishing for more shape. If you're unsure, easing in gently tends to work best, it gives the trip time to find its own pace.
15   Have you ever been disappointed by a trip?
16   Your ideal daily rhythm:
One experience per day with genuine depth tends to stay with people longer than three experiences with surface contact.
17   How much do you want to move your body?
18   How important is avoiding crowds?
19   What kinds of experiences interest you?
Must DoInterestedNeutralSkip
Being in nature (hiking, gardens, landscapes)
Food and culinary (cooking, markets, meals)
Hands-on learning (crafts, workshops)
Meeting locals (families, artisans, communities)
Cultural sites (temples, historic places)
Wildlife and conservation
Wellness and spa
Art, design, creative spaces
20   When you meet locals or experience culture, you prefer to...
21   When you're depleted, what recharges you?
This tells us what to schedule when your energy is low, solo walk, spa day, or a dinner with a local family.
The more specific your answer, the more precisely we can design toward it. Vague answers produce beautiful trips. Specific answers produce the right trip.
22   If this trip is a 10/10 success, what happened?
0 / 400

Practical Logistics · Destination, budget & comfort

About 3 minutes remaining
23   Do you have a destination in mind?
Based on your intent and energy profile, we may recommend a destination you didn't consider, and explain exactly why it fits you better.
23b   Have you been to this destination before?
A first-time and a returning visitor to the same place need completely different designs. This changes everything from where we stay to which experiences we propose.
23c   Has travel ever surprised you, you expected one thing and something completely different turned out to be the highlight?
What surprised you tells us more about who you actually are as a traveller than what you say you want.
24   What's your budget for this trip?
Per person, excluding international flights. Includes accommodations, experiences, guides, and local transport. Meals paid separately ($40-80/person/day typical).
25   If we had to choose, where do we spend your budget? (Pick up to 3)
26   Comfort and non-negotiables:
